Perhaps you are new to yoga, need confidence to join a class or are injured. If you would like to some individual practice.
Join me in my loft studio in south Bristol. We can work together to discover a practice that is tailored to suit you.

What to expect in a class
A yoga practice that suits all of you
I will guide you through some yoga poses (asana) breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation.
What to bring to class
Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring layers so that you can keep a comfortable temperature. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket or block to sit on. A yoga strap, or a piece of long non stretchy fabric, for example a dressing gown belt is useful.
If you don’t have a mat, or block please let me know and I can lend you one.
